Rhondda Heritage Park is conveniently located near Pontypridd and the A470 so no long coach journey for children (and teachers!) to endure.
Although we do not issue risk assessments, we can supply comprehensive safety advice and teachers are welcome to undertake
a familiarisation and risk assessment visits in advance free of charge.

As well as the Underground Experience pupils can also benefit from Science Tours which can be provided for a small fee plus Educational Workshops which are free of charge to schools in the Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff. Schools outside the County Borough are eligible for free workshops when booking the underground experience at an additional charge of £3.15 per pupil.
