Friends of Rhondda Heritage Park

Who are the Friends? The Friends of Rhondda Heritage Park are people from all walks of life, who live both locally and further afield.  They have a common aim of supporting the project from the very begining to the stage where it is now one of Britain's major tourist attractions.  The Friends provide voluntary help in many ways e.g. stewarding during the Park's special events.  They attend various shows and events and run their own projects through an independent committee.

Benefits of joining:  Friends are entitled to free admission to the Park when they accompany paying visitors.  They all feel personally involved in the success of the project, and keep in touch through regular newsletters.  They organise many activities including special events, visits to places of interest and talks from visiting speakers.
